Shipping & Delivery

Production time
Most products are made to order. Standard production normally takes 3–6 business days before dispatch. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. During high-volume periods or when additional quality control is required, production may take longer.
Estimated delivery
Standard tracked delivery is generally estimated at 8–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, local carrier conditions, weather, and seasonal demand. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Express DHL or UPS delivery may be available for selected orders or destinations. A valid telephone number may be required by the express carrier.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent after the order has shipped. Tracking scans can take 24–72 hours to begin updating. An order may be divided into more than one parcel when products are produced or dispatched separately.
Shipping charges
Free standard worldwide shipping is offered for destinations shown as eligible at checkout. Express shipping, when selected, is charged separately.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or local fees. Unless these charges are expressly collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can delay delivery.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately at lunaisellc@gmail.com if an address correction is needed. Once an order enters production or ships, changes may no longer be possible. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Delays, lost parcels, and delivery issues
If we become aware that an order cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will provide an update and any cancellation option required by applicable law. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, a parcel is damaged in transit, or it is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution based on the investigation and applicable law.
Event and travel dates
Contact us before ordering when an item is needed for a wedding, holiday, birthday, or travel date. Because production and carrier transit are outside a single guaranteed schedule, an exact arrival date cannot be guaranteed unless a written express-shipping arrangement is confirmed before production begins.
