This website is operated by Lunaise LLC under the brand name ByZaynCo. Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ByZaynCo and Lunaise LLC.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies published on this website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. OUR STORE

ByZaynCo is an online fashion and lifestyle boutique operated by Lunaise LLC.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to display and sell our products. Shopify is not the seller of the products and is not a party to the sales contract between you and ByZaynCo.

3. PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Many ByZaynCo products are made or printed after an order is placed. Production may be carried out with the assistance of carefully selected manufacturing and fulfillment partners.

Production and processing times are stated on the relevant product page or within our Shipping Policy. These timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Personalized, customized, monogrammed, or customer-specific products may not be eligible for cancellation or return, except when required by applicable law or when the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, measurements, colors, photographs, materials, prices, and other information accurately.

However:

• Colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen, lighting, and device settings.
• Minor variations may occur because of manufacturing, printing, fabric placement, or handmade production processes.
• Measurements may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances.
• Pattern placement may differ from the photographs where the product is cut from printed fabric.

Such minor variations do not automatically constitute a defect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, measurements, production times, and care instructions before ordering.

5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel, reject, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• Payment cannot be authorized
• Product information or pricing contains an obvious error
• A product is unavailable
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity
• The delivery destination cannot be serviced
• The order violates these Terms or applicable law

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Because many products enter production shortly after purchase, order change or cancellation requests should be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to process the request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment has started.

This provision does not limit any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer rights available under applicable law.

7. PRICES, TAXES, AND CURRENCY

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or displayed on the website.

Prices may change without prior notice, but price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Depending on the customer’s location, an order may be subject to:

• Sales tax
• Value-added tax
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Brokerage charges
• Other government or carrier fees

Where these charges are not collected during checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them upon import or delivery, subject to applicable law.

Currency conversion rates and foreign transaction charges may be determined by the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

8. PAYMENT AND BILLING INFORMATION

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and contact information.

Customers represent that they are authorized to use the payment method provided during checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment card details.

We may delay or cancel an order when additional payment or identity verification is reasonably required.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping destinations, production times, estimated delivery periods, available carriers, and applicable shipping costs are described on our website and in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Customs processing
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Local delivery restrictions
• Labor disputes
• Government actions
• Natural disasters or other force majeure events

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Where an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect products, cancellation requests, and non-returnable products are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must obtain return authorization and return instructions before sending a product back.

Products must not be returned to the address printed on the original shipping label unless we specifically instruct the customer to use that address.

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

11. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for checking all names, spelling, dates, measurements, artwork instructions, and other personalization details before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for errors contained in personalization information provided or approved by the customer.

Once production has started, personalized or customer-specific products normally cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned, except where required by law or where the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the approved specification.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content made available through this website—including designs, artwork, photographs, product images, graphics, logos, trademarks, written content, videos, layouts, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Lunaise LLC unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the associated design, artwork, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.

13. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND REVIEWS

Where customers submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other material, they confirm that:

• They have the right to submit the material
• The material does not violate another person’s rights
• The material is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or malicious
• The material does not contain harmful software or unauthorized advertising

Customers retain ownership of their content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use submitted reviews or content for operating and promoting our business, unless consent is withdrawn where applicable law permits.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

14. PROHIBITED USES

Customers must not use this website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• To infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• To distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• To interfere with the website’s security or operation
• To scrape, copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without authorization
• To submit false information or impersonate another person

• To attempt an unauthorized chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent claim

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated.
