SHIPPING POLICY

ByZaynCo is operated by Lunaise LLC. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, production, shipping, delivery, tracking, customs, and address procedures.
1. ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION
Many ByZaynCo products are individually made, printed, or prepared after an order is placed.
Our standard production and processing time is approximately 2–6 business days before shipment.
Personalized, customized, high-volume, or complex orders may require additional production time. Where a different processing period applies, it will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated to the customer.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
An order placed on a weekend or public holiday will normally begin processing on the next business day.
Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Standard transit time after dispatch is generally:
• United States: approximately 7–12 business days
• United Kingdom: approximately 7–14 business days
• European countries: approximately 7–15 business days
• Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: approximately 8–18 business days
• Other international destinations: approximately 10–25 business days
These transit estimates do not include the production and processing period.
For most orders, the estimated total time from purchase to delivery is approximately 9–21 business days. Remote destinations, customs processing, local carrier conditions, public holidays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may extend this period.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed service in writing.
If expedited shipping is available for a product or destination, the applicable service, price, and estimated delivery period will be displayed during checkout or confirmed before purchase.
3. SHIPPING ORIGIN AND FULFILLMENT PARTNERS
ByZaynCo works with selected international production and fulfillment partners.
Depending on the product, availability, and delivery destination, an order may be produced and dispatched from a different international or regional fulfillment facility.
The dispatch country, carrier, and tracking route may therefore vary between products and orders.
Orders containing multiple products may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. Where this occurs:
• The customer will not be charged additional shipping solely because the order is divided.
• Separate tracking numbers may be provided.
• Packages may arrive on different dates.
4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to the countries and regions available for selection during checkout.
Shipping availability may vary according to:
• Product type
• Delivery destination
• Carrier restrictions
• Customs or import restrictions
• Local regulations
• Fulfillment partner availability
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if reliable delivery to the selected destination is unavailable.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping costs may depend on:
• Delivery country or region
• Product type
• Package weight or dimensions
• Selected shipping service
• Order value
• Promotional or free-shipping eligibility
The customer will not be charged a shipping amount higher than the amount displayed and accepted during checkout unless the customer later requests a paid shipping upgrade.
Free-shipping offers apply only where expressly displayed on the website, product page, promotion, or checkout.
6. TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once the order has been dispatched and the tracking number becomes available.
Depending on the carrier, tracking information may require several business days to display its first movement or local carrier scan.
International shipments may initially be handled by a cross-border logistics provider and later transferred to a local delivery carrier.
Carriers and delivery partners may include DHL, USPS, Evri, Colissimo, YunExpress, CNE, 4PX, and other regional or local postal services.
The final-mile carrier and tracking number may change after the shipment reaches the destination country.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, brokerage charges, or other government fees.
Where applicable and supported, certain taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout.
Where duties, taxes, or import charges are not collected during checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them directly to the carrier or local customs authority before delivery.
ByZaynCo does not control charges imposed by customs authorities and cannot guarantee whether a particular shipment will incur additional fees.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may legally be imported into their delivery country.
8. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
• Recipient’s full name
• Street and building number
• Apartment, unit, or floor number where applicable
• City and postal code
• State, province, or region where applicable
• Country
• Valid telephone number and email address
Please review the delivery information carefully before submitting an order.
Address correction requests should be sent to lunaisellc@gmail.com as soon as possible after purchase.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before production or shipment, but an address change cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.
ByZaynCo is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible addresses supplied by the customer.
9. FAILED DELIVERY, REFUSED PACKAGES, AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
A shipment may be returned to the sender or fulfillment facility when:
• The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
• The recipient is unavailable
• The parcel is not collected from a pickup point
• The recipient refuses delivery
• Customs charges remain unpaid
• The carrier cannot access the delivery location
• The customer does not respond to carrier communications
Where a shipment is returned for a reason not caused by ByZaynCo, the customer may be responsible for reasonable reshipping costs.
Original shipping charges and carrier return fees may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
A refund or reshipment will be considered only after the carrier confirms the shipment’s status and, where applicable, the returned parcel has been received or otherwise accounted for.
10. DELIVERY DELAYS
International delivery may occasionally be delayed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
• Customs inspection or clearance
• Carrier congestion
• Severe weather
• Public holidays
• Strikes or labor disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Incorrect delivery information
• Local delivery disruptions
• Security inspections
• Natural disasters
• Supply-chain interruptions
A delayed shipment is not automatically considered lost.
Please contact us if:
• The estimated delivery window has passed, or
• Tracking has shown no meaningful movement for more than 10 business days.
We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, open an investigation with the fulfillment or shipping partner.
11. LOST SHIPMENTS
If tracking confirms that a shipment has been lost, or if the carrier officially concludes that delivery cannot be completed, we will review the order and provide an appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:
• Replacement shipment
• Store credit
• Partial refund
• Full refund
A shipment marked as delivered by the carrier will not automatically qualify as lost.
Where tracking shows delivery but the customer cannot locate the parcel, the customer should first:
• Check the delivery location
• Ask household members or neighbors
• Contact the building reception or mailroom
• Contact the local carrier
• Review any delivery photograph or GPS confirmation
We will assist with a carrier investigation where appropriate.
12. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect the order promptly after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide:
• Order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs showing the reported issue
• Photograph of the shipping label
• Photographs of the outer packaging where damage occurred in transit
Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
13. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Because many products enter production shortly after an order is placed, requests to cancel or modify an order should be submitted within 2 hours of purchase.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment has started.
This provision does not limit mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
