Made-to-order products
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for an incorrect size selection, fit preference, color preference, personal taste, event-date change, or change of mind. Personalized, customized, and specially produced products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a significant production error, contact us at lunaisellc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the item, packaging, shipping label, and reported issue. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
Returns required by applicable law
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country. Where applicable law gives you a cancellation or return right, contact us before sending the item. An approved return must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and hygiene protection intact, and in its original condition and packaging.
Swimwear and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned after the hygiene liner or protective seal has been removed, except when the product is faulty or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Return shipping
For an approved return that is not caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges, express-upgrade charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires reimbursement.
Do not return an item without contacting us first. The approved return address may differ from the original shipping address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Exchanges
Standard exchanges are not offered because each replacement product must be newly produced. Where a remedy is approved, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. For sizing support before ordering, email us with your measurements and the product link.
