RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ByZaynCo is operated by Lunaise LLC. Many of our products are individually produced after an order is placed. Please review the following policy before completing your purchase.

1. RETURN REQUESTS

We accept return requests for eligible products within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at lunaisellc@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• The product you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photographs, where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns must be approved before they are shipped. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please do not return an item to the address shown on the original shipping label. The correct return address and return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed and unaltered
• Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of wear
• Returned with its original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers may carefully try on clothing in the same manner they would in a physical store. Items showing wear beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product may be refused or may receive a reduced refund where permitted by law.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-designed products
• Products made according to a customer’s specific measurements or specifications
• Swimwear or intimate items where the hygiene liner or protective seal has been removed
• Gift cards
• Products specifically identified as non-returnable before purchase, where permitted by applicable law

Products that are produced after an order is placed but are not personalized remain eligible for return when they meet the conditions stated in this policy, unless a lawful exception applies.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs of:

• The product and the reported issue
• The packaging
• The shipping label

After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund. When the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, ByZaynCo will cover the reasonable return shipping cost where a return is required.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

5. CHANGE-OF-MIND AND SIZE RETURNS

For eligible returns resulting from a change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or a similar customer preference:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• The original shipping cost is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Any customs charges, duties, or return import fees are the customer’s responsibility, where permitted by law.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. ByZaynCo is not responsible for return parcels that are lost before reaching the authorized return location.

6. EXCHANGES

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

For a different size, color, or product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be replaced directly after review.

7. REFUNDS

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at lunaisellc@gmail.com.

Any reduction in the refund due to damage, wear, missing parts, or diminished value will only be applied where permitted by applicable law.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because many products enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests should be submitted within 2 hours of purchase.

We will make every reasonable effort to cancel an order before production begins, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has started.

This operational cancellation period does not limit any mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to the customer.

9. EUROPEAN UNION, EEA, AND UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMERS

Where applicable, customers located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom may notify us that they wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

After notifying us, the customer must return the goods within the period required by applicable law.

The customer is normally responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase. Personalized products, products made according to the customer’s specifications, and unsealed hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right.

Nothing in this policy limits the customer’s mandatory statutory rights.
